Funding options
-
Our private care stream is self-funded, giving you the flexibility to choose the level and type of support that best suits your needs. Unlike funded services, this option allows for more tailored care, whether it’s additional personal support, home management, companionship, or flexible scheduling outside standard hours.
With private care, you decide what matters most and we provide compassionate, professional support to make it happen.
-
NASC assessed funding stream, which can support your daily independence in the community.
-
Through our partnership with ACC, we provide support services for clients recovering from injury or managing long-term needs under an approved ACC plan. Our team delivers personal care, home management, and rehabilitation-focused assistance designed to help you regain independence and confidence in your daily life.
We work closely with ACC to ensure services are tailored to your support plan, with a focus on safety, dignity, and quality outcomes.
-
Individualised Funding gives you greater choice and control over how your care is arranged. With this option, you manage your allocated funding directly, deciding what supports you need, when you need them, and who provides them.
We can partner with you to design flexible care solutions that reflect your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, whether that means personal care, home support, or community participation. Our role is to provide reliable, professional support while empowering you to stay in charge of your care journey.
Kia ora, I’m Pirakash – a nurse and the founder of Aroha Outreach. I started this kaupapa because I genuinely care about people and believe everyone deserves support that feels personal, respectful, and empowering.
After years working in the community, I saw the difference that good care can make – not just for someone’s health, but for their confidence, independence, and sense of self. Aroha Outreach is built on that belief.
We’re here to walk alongside you or your loved ones, offering support with heart – and always with aroha.
